On the Pitch, We Mean:

• "Fan" means the individual or entity accessing our services.
• "Deliverables" are the final match stats and news provided to the Fan.
• "Match" refers to a specific 2026 World Cup event.

Fan Agreement

Your Fan Agreement covers:

• Match scope and fixture details
• Game schedule and key dates
• Pricing and payment terms
• Fan feedback policy
• Content usage rights

The Fan Agreement takes precedence for specific matchday features.

Your Fan Duties

Fans agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate team/player info
• Supply all necessary matchday materials
• Respond to score updates in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed schedules

Ticket & Merchandise Pricing

All prices are in CNY unless otherwise noted. Get ready for the action!

• A 50% deposit is usually needed to secure your fan package.
• Final payment is due before receiving your official fan gear.
• Late payments might get a yellow card with 1.5% interest per month.

Fixture & Squad Changes

Our standard ticket & merch includes:

• 2 initial match previews
• 3 rounds of score updates

Extra jersey swaps will be charged at our standard fan club rate.

Content Ownership

Upon full payment, fans get:

• Exclusive rights to use the final match reports for the specified event.
• 2026 World Cup (China) Official Website keeps the right to showcase the action in our fan gallery.
• Source code remains the property of 2026 World Cup (China) Official Website unless explicitly purchased.

Subscription Cancellation

Matchday cancellation:

• Matches can be canceled with written notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable after the match has kicked off.
• Fan is responsible for payment of all accessed content.

Liability on the Pitch

2026 World Cup (China) Official Website won't be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or fan engagement opportunities
• Issues arising from inaccurate Fan-provided information

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for that specific match ticket.

Website Match Play

When playing on our site, you agree not to:

• Use our content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Disrupt or interfere with site security

Governing League Rules

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Updates to the Rulebook

We might update these Terms like a VAR review. Continued use of our site after changes means you're on board!
